- Make sure you have the latest version of the Integration plugin. It can be downloaded from the download area of the support site.
- Make sure that the integration is compatible with your version of Security Center.
- Make sure that you have followed the configuration guide. It can be downloaded from the download area of the support site.
- If you still have issues open a ticket where you:
- Explain the issue
- Include the logs found in C:\DBlogs for the machine where the bridge is running.
