If you have isseus when using SafeZone or SafeZone-edge with Security Center perform the following streps:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the  Integration plugin. It can be downloaded from the download area of the support site.
  2. Make sure that the integration is compatible with your version of Security Center.
  3. Make sure that you have followed the configuration guide. It can be downloaded from the download area of the support site.
  4. If you still have issues open a ticket where you:
    • Explain the issue
    • Include the logs found in C:\DBlogs for the machine where the bridge is running.
